An evening with Ground Wellbeing at Glasson Lakehouse

Join us Tuesday 11th June from 6.30pm to 8pm at Brooks & Co. Spa, Glasson Lakehouse as we have partnered up with Peigin Crowley, Founder of Spa Brand GROUND to bring you a casual evening on wellbeing. Tune in to your wellbeing and learn internal balance whilst tucking into prosecco & canapes. The talk will have us chatting through all things Wellbeing, Gut Heath and Breath work.

Tickets are priced at €30 and the ticket price is redeemable against any treatment booked on the night. Guests will also be added into a draw entry to have the opportunity of winning a 90 minute Grounding Ritual worth €190.
