Corporate Away Days & Stays

Impress your team with hosting your corporate away day or corporate overnight stay at Glasson Lakehouse. Our fully furnished outdoor terrace is splendid for any occasion including relaxed receptions, networking events, team building and business mixer events.

Greet your team with a themed cocktail on arrival followed by a mouth-watering BBQ with private chefs that can cater for up to 500 people. Gather around the fire pit, share stories, sing songs, and sink into our comfy sofas enjoying each other’s company. Complimentary bus parking is available onsite.

Our 225-acre resort has several lake and land activities that include boat tours, kayaking, golfing or rent a bike and see the island from many views should you wish to enhance your social event.

Our outdoor terrace is a hidden gem in the midlands, just 15 minutes from Athlone. Please note our outdoor terrace is subject to availability and seasonality however we do have a range of indoor spaces that are ideal for social settings too should the Irish weather interfere.

Scavenger Hunt:

Explore the grounds of Glasson Lakehouse and embrace some friendly competition with our Scavenger Hunt. Split into two teams, race to crack clues and reach the final location first. Fast-paced, fun and full of friendly rivalry, it’s a unique way for groups to experience outdoors.  The winning team is rewarded with a drink on the house at Tom’s Fish & Tackle. Available daily, this activity takes approximately 60–90 minutes.

Tackle Pub Quiz: 

Put your knowledge to the test with a Quiz Night in Tom’s Fish & Tackle. Designed for corporate outings and social gatherings, this lively experience combines light-hearted competition with a relaxed pub atmosphere. For a more personalized touch, groups can also create their own quiz rounds, adding an extra layer of fun to the challenge. Available by advance booking by corporate/groups before 5pm. Please note that this is not available for guests.
