What are the opening hours for Brooks & Co. Spa?

Brooks & Co. Spa is opening from 10am to 6pm, Monday to Sunday.

Can I use the outdoor pool and hot tubs?

Brooks & Co Spa is treatment based only. We welcome day guests to experience our array of spa treatments and enjoy our relaxation room after your treatment however,

Access to the outdoor pool & hot tubs at Glasson Lakehouse are available to hotel residents only.

Do Brooks Spa have Sauna / Steam Room

Please note that Brooks & Co Spa does not have a sauna or steam room.

Do Brooks Spa have changing rooms?

Brooks & Co Spa does not have changing rooms. You can change in your treatment room. We could advise you to change in your room & arrive to the spa in your robe if you are a hotel guest.

Do I need to book for a treatment?

Booking would be advised in advance of your arrival to the hotel to avoid disappointment.

What is the cancellation policy at Brooks Spa?

If you need to cancel your appointment, please give us 48-hour notice. Otherwise you will be charged. If you are running late for your appointment, please notify the spa reception as soon as possible.
