A hot tub experience is only confirmed upon a secured receipt of full payment. This payment must be made on check in to the hotel. Hot tubs are for hotel residents only. Pre-booking of hot tubs is required to avoid disappointment. All bookings can be made here Hot Tubs are available from 9am until 7pm daily. Please note we do reserve the right to change your booking, but we will advise you prior to arrival.

Hot tubs are permitted for use between the hours of 9am – 7pm only.

2. Hot Tubs are €40.00 per tub, accommodating up to 4 guests.

3. Hot Tubs are available for a maximum of 1 hour. You must arrive at your designated time.

4. In order for all of our guests to be able to enjoy the hot tubs, we limit one hot tub per room, per stay.

5. You must be 16+ years. We encourage an adult only, Zen space. Please respect other guests.

6. We request that you shower in your room before using the hot tub to remove all body lotions, oils, tan etc.

7. Please arrive to your hot tub in your swim attire and robe.

8. We encourage our guests to use their towels from their bedrooms to assist us in our green journey.

9. Our team will advise how you should enter and exit the hot tub carefully, using the steps provided.

10. Plastic tumble ware will be provided for drinks orders. No glass is permitted near or in the hot tubs.

11. Pregnant women are advised to follow HSE guidelines.

12. Guests who suffer from heart disease, diabetes, high or low blood pressure or any serious illness, should not use the hot tub without seeking medical advice.

13. Animals are not permitted in or around the hot tub.

14. Smoking is not permitted in or around the hot tubs. A penalty of €500 will be charge to your room.

15. We require at least 24 hours cancelation notice for our hot tubs.

The hotel reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

We provide care and attention to each hot tub experience booked, replenishing the water in each tub for every booking. Should you wish to cancel your hot tub experience then we require minimum of 24 hours in advance of your booking. Cancelations can be emailed to activities@glassonlakehouse.ie. Guests who cancel within 24hours incur 100% fee of €40.00.

Should you be running late, we do require you to give us notice otherwise we will offer your hot tub to our waitlist. A 15-minute grace period will be honoured, thereafter we will release your space to our waitlist.

Guests may reschedule their booking up to 4 hours prior to the start of their appointment without incurring a penalty. However, if rescheduling is not possible on the particular day in question, then the above-mentioned cancellation policy will apply.

Brooks Spa is opening from 10am to 6pm, Monday to Sunday.

Brooks Spa does not have changing rooms. You can change in your treatment room. We could advise you to change in your room & arrive to the Spa in your robe if you are a hotel guest.

Booking would be advised in advance of your arrival to the hotel to avoid disappointment.

If you need to cancel your appointment, please give us 48-hour notice. Otherwise you will be charged. If you are running late for your appointment, please notify the Spa reception as soon as possible.
