Brooks Spa is opening from 10am to 6pm, Monday to Sunday.
Do Brooks Spa have changing rooms?
Brooks Spa does not have changing rooms. You can change in your treatment room. We could advise you to change in your room & arrive to the Spa in your robe if you are a hotel guest.
Do I need to book for a treatment?
Booking would be advised in advance of your arrival to the hotel to avoid disappointment.
What is the cancellation policy at Brooks Spa?
If you need to cancel your appointment, please give us 48-hour notice. Otherwise you will be charged. If you are running late for your appointment, please notify the Spa reception as soon as possible.
Do I need to book for activities, including Hot Tub?
It is preferable to book for Boat, Kayaks, etc. Ring us and you’ll be sure to have an amazing time! Hot Tubs are subject to availability and must be booked in advance. Click this link to book.

You are more than welcome to come and enjoy Brooks Spa, without staying at Glasson Lakehouse.
